Subject to these Terms and any applicable order, Cintron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your internal business or personal development purposes.
The App is licensed, not sold. Cintron and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
Access to some or all functionality may require an active license or subscription. Billing terms (including price, term, renewal, and cancellation) are provided at purchase. Failure to maintain a valid license/subscription may result in reduced functionality or access being disabled.
The App may interoperate with third-party services or storefronts (e.g., payment processors, extension marketplaces). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
Twist Browser is a developer debugging tool. It is not intended or permitted for hacking, penetration testing, or security research without prior written authorization from the system owner. You agree not to use the App for any activity that violates computer misuse, anti-hacking, data protection, or similar laws, nor to circumvent security or access controls.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINTRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINTRON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL CINTRON’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CINTRON FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cintron from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license ceases and you must uninstall and stop using the App. Sections intended to survive (e.g., Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination.
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use or export the App in violation of such laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [Your County and State], and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
